When you request database backup before leaving our service, we provide it directly to you without sharing with any third parties. After providing the backup, we permanently delete your panel data from our servers.

While we provide secure infrastructure, you are responsible for securing your rented panel by changing default credentials, enabling 2FA, and setting up IP protection immediately after receiving access.

🔐 Panel Independence

Your rented panel operates independently with its own security measures. We do not have access to your panel's data after setup, ensuring complete privacy and control for you.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information based on specific timeframes related to our rental panel services:

6.1 Account Data Retention

  • While your account is active and you rent panels from us
  • For legal and compliance requirements under Pakistani law
  • To resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • For fraud prevention and security purposes

6.2 Panel Data Retention

  • Active Panels: Data retained as long as rental is active
  • Expired Panels: 24-hour grace period for renewal contact
  • Suspended Accounts: 72-hour period to contact support for explanation
  • Database Backup: Available upon request before deletion

6.3 Permanent Deletion Policy

We permanently delete data in the following scenarios:

  • After 24 hours of panel expiration with no renewal contact
  • After 72 hours of account suspension with no response
  • Immediately after providing database backup to customer
  • Upon customer request for account closure

🗑️ No Data Recovery

Important: Once data is deleted after the specified timeframes, no recovery is possible. We do not maintain backups after permanent deletion.

📦 Database Backup Period

Database backup periods depend on your rental plan. You can request your database backup before termination to migrate to other providers, provided within the allowed timeframe.
