1. Introduction

Welcome to UNIQUE RENTAL PANEL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our white-label SMM panel rental services, website, and all related services provided by us. We are a direct provider offering ready-to-use white-label SMM panels on various rental plans. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you may not create an account or access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, panel renters, and others who access or use our rental panel services. You must agree to all our terms and conditions before creating an account on our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, renting a panel, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNIQUE RENTAL PANEL, operating from Pakistan.

Age and Agreement Requirements

There is no specific age limit for using our services. However, you must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and fully agree to all our terms and conditions before creating an account. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, do not create an account on our website.

3. Services Description

UNIQUE RENTAL PANEL provides white-label SMM panel rental services. We do not provide SMM services directly. Instead, we provide SMM panels where our customers can sell followers, views, likes, etc., and they can connect any provider which they want. Our services include:

  • White-Label SMM Panels: Ready-to-use panels with complete admin and user areas
  • Admin Features: User management, services management, providers management, currencies management, email settings, theme settings and colors, multiple payment gateways (auto and manual)
  • Technical Features: SSL certificates included, free domain with some plans, secure database with encrypted strings
  • Provider Integration: Customers can add/remove providers without approval on mother panel
  • API Documentation: Complete API documentation included in all panels
  • Live Demo: Available for users to check all details and functions before purchase
  • Reseller Program: Bulk discount features for resellers to sell our plans and make profits

Setup Time & Availability

After service setup, panels will go live within 10-55 minutes. In some cases, it may take longer due to domain verification, network issues, religious events, holidays, floods, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Updates and new features will be provided free to all plan holders, with time period differences for accessing new features based on plan type.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2 Panel Management

As a panel renter, you are responsible for:

  • Managing your panel's users and services
  • Connecting and managing your chosen SMM providers
  • Ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations
  • Maintaining appropriate content policies for your panel users
  • Renewing your rental plan before expiration

4.3 Reseller Program

We allow users to resell our rental plans with their commission. Our reseller program includes:

  • Bulk discount features for resellers to make profits
  • Ability to sell our plans to end customers
  • Marketing support and documentation
  • No territorial restrictions on reseller activities

4.4 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where our services operate
  • Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use our services to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary code

5. Payment Terms & Billing

5.1 Rental Plans & Pricing

We offer various rental plan durations including 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years. All prices are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Rental payments are processed immediately upon plan selection and purchase.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Pakistani Payment Methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, Pakistani Bank accounts, Raast
  • International Payment Methods: Binance, CashMaal, Payoneer, and other verified and secured payment gateways

All payment gateways use secure framework systems to ensure safe transactions. Payment information is securely saved and processed.

5.3 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit: $0.001 USD
Maximum deposit: No limit
Users must agree to our no-refund policy before adding any funds to our website.

5.4 Renewal Process

Panels do not auto-renew. We will send email notifications 24 hours after panel expiration. To renew, go to "Manage Panel" page, click renew, select the period, and confirm payment. If no contact is made within the specified timeframe, the panel status will be set to "delete" and all data will be permanently removed.

5.5 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: We do not provide any refund policy due to the nature of our services. If a user wants to leave, they can leave, but we do not offer any kind of refund. If a user has added funds, those funds will NOT be refunded back to the user. We do not provide charge back to any kind of user - if funds are added to our website, they can only be used for our services with no way to withdraw.

5.6 Bulk Discount Program

We offer bulk discounts on plan prices for resellers so they can easily sell our plans and make their profits. Contact our support team for bulk discount rates and reseller program details.

6. Technical Specifications & Hosting

6.1 Panel Setup & Delivery

After rental plan purchase, panels will go live within 10-55 minutes. In some cases, setup may take longer due to:

  • Domain verification processes
  • Network issues on our end or yours
  • Religious events and holidays
  • Natural disasters (floods, etc.)
  • Technical maintenance or server issues

6.2 Hosting & Access

We provide admin access only - no hosting access. All panels are hosted on our secure servers with the following specifications:

  • SSL certificates included with all plans
  • Free domain provided with selected plans
  • Secure database with encrypted hash strings
  • Regular security updates and maintenance
  • Uptime monitoring and notifications via WhatsApp channel

6.3 Customization Limitations

We do not provide customization services as these would be paid services. However, panel updates and new features are provided free to all plan holders, with time period differences for accessing new features based on plan type.

6.4 Branding & White-Label Features

Users can use their own logo, name, and account details on the rented panels. We strongly recommend changing default admin login details and updating 2FA and IP protection as soon as possible after receiving panel access.

6.5 Downtime Notifications

We notify all users about updates and downtime through our WhatsApp channel. Users are responsible for joining our official communication channels for important announcements.

7. Customer Support Policies

7.1 Support Availability

We provide 24/7 customer support to assist with all your panel rental needs. Our support team can communicate in English, Urdu, and Punjabi languages.

7.2 Response Time Limitations

While we strive for immediate response, there may be delays in our support response time due to:

  • Floods and natural disasters
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Religious events and observances
  • National holidays
  • High support volume periods

7.3 Documentation & Training

We provide comprehensive documentation to help users manage and grow their panels. While we do not offer formal training programs, our support team will try to teach users as much as they can within support interactions.

7.4 Support Misconduct Policy

Users who engage in spam, misbehavior with customer support, or generate customer complaints will face immediate account and panel suspension. Users have 72 hours to contact us and provide explanation, or face permanent account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability & Legal Compliance

8.1 Service Disclaimer

UNIQUE RENTAL PANEL provides white-label SMM panel rental services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not provide SMM services directly and are not responsible for the performance or quality of third-party SMM providers that customers connect to their panels.

8.2 Provider-Related Issues

We are not responsible for any kind of issues arising from the SMM providers that customers choose to integrate with their rented panels. Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Selecting and managing their SMM service providers
  • Quality and delivery of services offered through their panels
  • Compliance with provider terms and policies
  • Any legal issues arising from provider services

8.3 Legal Compliance Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: If any legal issues arise with panels provided by us on rent, the customer who rents the panel bears full responsibility, not us. Customers must ensure their panel operations comply with their local laws and regulations.

8.4 Data Privacy

We do not collect any data from our customers' panels. We advise customers to change default admin login details and update 2FA and IP protection immediately upon receiving panel access. We do not have access to customer panel analytics or sales data.

8.5 Maximum Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental plan.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Data Backup, Migration & Termination

9.1 Database Backup Policy

Database backup periods depend on your rental plan. When you want to leave us and move to anyone else, you can ask for your database and we will provide it without any charges. However, after the database is sent to the customer, we will delete the user panel from our server within seconds.

9.2 Data Migration Limitations

No migration is allowed. We use secured and different hashed database string systems for security purposes. Customers cannot migrate their panel data to other providers due to our proprietary security implementation.

9.3 Account Termination for Violations

If someone engages in spam, misbehavior with customer support, or we receive customer complaints about a user, we will:

  • Suspend the user account immediately
  • Suspend all panels associated with the account
  • Provide 72 hours for the user to contact us and provide details/explanation
  • If no contact is made within 72 hours, we will permanently delete all panels and set account balance to $0
  • Delete the user account permanently

9.4 Expiration and Renewal

When a rental plan expires:

  • We send email notification and wait 24 hours for renewal
  • If no contact is made, panel status is set to "delete"
  • All data is permanently deleted from our servers
  • Panel order status shows as "deleted"

9.5 Domain Ownership

If you have your own domain, it will remain free and ready to use anywhere. If you purchased a plan with a free domain, we will transfer domain ownership when you contact us before termination. After termination, domain transfer may not be possible.

9.6 No Data Recovery After 72 Hours

IMPORTANT: If users do not contact us within 72 hours of suspension or after panel expiration, we will NOT provide any data and will delete it permanently. No data recovery is possible after this timeframe.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where UNIQUE RENTAL PANEL operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
